1. Call us and tell us a few details about your move. Or fill in a quote form online.
2. We will send a member of the Team to assess your removals needs.
3. You will receive a fixed price quote for your move. This will also include any packaging materials and boxes require
4. Confirm that you are happy to proceed and let us know your moving date. After that, we will arrange any parking suspensions required for our vehicles to park.
5. If you have asked us to pack for you our team will arrive the day before the move with boxes and wrap all of your belongings. And to ensure safe transit, the boxes will be labelled for easy unpacking.
6. On the day of your move we will arrive with the vehicle. Then our experts will load the vehicle with all of your furniture and boxes.
7. We will drive to your new home/office and wait for you to collect the keys.
8. Once you have taken care of any necessary arrangements our team will unload the vehicle and move everything in to the home/offices that you request.
9. Our experienced team will rebuild any large items of furniture that were dismantled for transit.
10. Requested an unpacking service? If so, our team will carefully unpack your boxes on to flat surfaces in the rooms of your choice and remove any boxes and packing materials. If you choose to unpack yourself, we will return to collect your empty, dry, flat-packed boxes once you have fully unpacked
